Federal Criminal Defense
We defend federal charges statewide, in the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. Federal cases move differently from state cases — grand jury investigations, federal agents, and sentencing guidelines all raise the stakes — and they demand a defense built for that system from the start.
State Felony Defense
We handle serious state felonies, centered in Boone, Callaway, and Cole Counties (the 13th and 19th Judicial Circuits) and available in other Missouri counties as well. From the first appearance through pretrial motions and trial, we work to keep the pressure on the State’s case.
